Refund & Returns Policy

Because most Banwalay.pk products are handmade and many are personalized or made-to-order, our return policy works a little differently from standard retail items.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized products (such as custom name signs, Nikah frames, and made-to-order decor) cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started, as these are created specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us on WhatsApp (0300-0750070) within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or repair.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once a custom item is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days across Pakistan, depending on your location and the customization involved.
